This is going to do you good. It makes you feel good abut yourself. So, you get to be in a better mindset in the process.

Learn how you can deal with stress. Many people end up crumpling down when they are presented with problems and issues that seem to be beyond their usual scope. However, these are challenges that are considered normal and usual for your daily living. So, it helps that you will actually find ways on dealing with these issues. This way, you get a good defense mechanism going every time.

Set goals. It is always important that you have a sense of where you're supposed to be heading as early as now. But when you set goals, make sure that it is going to be a realistic one. There is no sense in setting up for those that are way too hard for you to accomplish. Also, taking things one step at a time will be very helpful too.
